Before you write

• No forecast: check that ArcPace can use your location (Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > ArcPace).
• No past runs: check that ArcPace can read workouts in the Health app (Health > your profile > Apps > ArcPace).
• Widget out of date: open ArcPace once and it refreshes.
